Water being the essential part of our life, often needs to be carried around, and the best option available is plastic bottles. However, it is worth paying attention to the type of plastic your bottle is made of, to ensure that the chemicals in the plastic do not leach into the water.

Department of Conservation in California reported that 1 billion water bottles a year were winding up in the state's landfills, and the number continues to grow as water sales surge.

According to Emma Stewart, BSR director of environmental strategy, companies will need to adapt to availability, quality and access concerns.
