Editorial

Several initiatives have been taken this week, to provide people with quality water and to improvise on the water management activities throughout the world.

On the downside, it has been discovered that drinking water in parts of Ontario contains trichloroethylene, a toxic industrial solvent. This dangerous solvent that has led to the death of twelve children has caused The Sierra Legal Defence Fund to adopt some serious initiatives.

Around 200 academicians and delegates gathered under The Euro-Med Participatory Water Resources Scenarios in Jordan, as a means to optimum water management system in and around Jordan, Palestine and Egypt.
