The Capital Controls Series 2100A is a positive pressure ammonia feeder. The Series 2100A features the highest back pressure rating of all positive pressure ammonia feeders on the market, 25 psi, and is available in wall-mount or floor-cabinet configurations.
The Capital Controls Series 2100A is designed to feed capacities of ammonia gas ranging from 3.5 to 2,000 PPD. In addition to its stainless steel construction, the system also features a unique self-cleaning pipe line-mounted diffuser that is designed to flex under variations in pressure, effectively breaking up calcium carbonate build-up that can obstruct the flow of ammonia gas. The Series 2100A is easily installed in duty, standby or emergency operating situations since it can operate without the need for electricity or water pressure. |
