
New additions to the 5000 Series IO product line are compact and low power.
Control Microsystems, global developer of advanced SCADA products, today announced the release of the highly compact 5414 and 5415 digital IO modules.
The 5414 is a sixteen-point digital input module with a choice of four input signal levels and overvoltage protection of up to 150%. Power requirements are low at only 6mA. The module is designed for use in harsh environments and is certified for use in any demanding SCADA application.
The 5415 is a twelve-point relay output module with dry contact or solid state relay variants, both carrying a 3A maximum rating and have low power requirements.
Both the 5414 and 5415 are designed as ultra compact modules occupying only 2.9 inches on a DIN rail installation. The modules are covered by a 3-year warranty and are available for order now.
