Filtration Products
Why Filtration? CONTECH Stormwater Solutions filtration products meet the most stringent regulatory requirements for stormwater treatment. Using sustainable media, our filtration solutions remove the most challenging pollutants - including total suspended solids (TSS), soluble heavy metals, oil and grease, and total nutrients. Our field-proven products have earned hundreds of standalone BMP approvals from regulatory agencies nationwide. CONTECH Stormwater Solutions has a filtration solution for every site. Provides the highest treatment level of any standalone, passive BMP Meets the most stringent regulatory requirements. Scalable cartridge-based design and multiple configurations available to meet any project requirements. Targets site-specific pollutants with customized filtration media. Our Filtration Products StormFilter– siphon-actuated filtration system for most applicationsVortFilter – radial, up-flow cartridges suited for sites where low headloss is required MFS (Media Filtration System) - Eliminates need for a pre-treatment basin in roadway or heavy loading applications.

Volumetric and Hydrodynamic Separation
Why Volumetric Separation? Volumetric separation is based on capturing and detaining stormwater in order to separate out solids and improve water quality. Systems are designed to capture and hold the majority of the site’s runoff volume, removing pollutants through gravitational forces. By treating this volume, an engineer can be sure that the majority of the pollutants will be captured in their entirety - even at maximum runoff rates from a site. The other important benefit of the volume-based design is the inherent flow attenuation that it provides. By capturing, holding, and slowly releasing the peak runoff, volumetric separation minimizes downstream erosion and stream degradation. Volumetric Separation: Provides high level of stormwater treatment by removing extremely small particles. Captures and retains majority of runoff from a site. Separates pollutants prior to discharging runoff. Provides stormwater runoff detention and treatment in one unit on smaller sites. Our Volumetric Separation Product StormVault - Distinctive stormwater capture and treatment system Why Hydrodynamic Separation? The hydrodynamic separation products from CONTECH Stormwater Solutions are reliable, easy to install, and offer high-performance, proven, stormwater pollutant removal. Discover the advantages of CONTECH Stormwater Solutions hydrodynamic separation products, which fit all applications and rainfall conditions. Hydrodynamic Separation: Removes sediment, floatables, free oil and grease Is widely accepted for effective solids removal Occupies a small footprint for treated flow rate Delivers treatment with minimal headloss Provides documented performance through lab Independent field testing Our Hydrodynamic Separation ProductsVortechs – Unique, shallow system for full flow treatment CDS - Patented continuous deflection separation technology VortSentry – Small footprint system with internal bypassVortSentry HS – Engineered performance and installation simplicity

Screening Products
Why Screening? CONTECH Stormwater Solutions screening products operate at high flow rates, and protect downstream waterways by removing trash and debris larger than 2400 microns and some suspended solids from stormwater runoff. Screening: Removes neutrally buoyant trash and debris. Captures hydrocarbons and some settleable solids. Products available with different screen apertures to meet local requirements. Provides small footprint for treated flow rate Delivers treatment with minimal head loss Our Screening Product StormScreen® - Direct screening system with a patented surface cleaning mechanism

Oil and Water Separation
Why Oil/Water Separation? Oil gets into the environment in a variety of forms - emulsified, free, attached to solids or soluble. When oil is transported in stormwater, our products capture those pollutants and keep it from entering our waterways. Oil/Water Separation: Offers comprehensive risk management. Meets secondary containment requirements. Serves as an effective NPDES stormwater BMPs. Provides oil spill prevention, control and countermeasure (SPCC) technology. Our Oil/Water Separation ProductsVortClarex™ – effectively removes 99.9% of free oilOil Stop Valve – in-line secondary containment for oil and fuel spill control

Detention, Retention and Flow Control Systems
Why Detention? Underground stormwater detention systems are a structural Best Management Practice (BMP) used to control the flow of stormwater. Detention systems work as an integral part of the storm sewer system to provide a temporary storage area for excess stormwater. Runoff is stored and discharged over time whenever runoff inflow exceeds the allowable discharge rate. The systems are typically installed beneath parking lots, streets and parks to maximize property usage and lower development costs. Underground Detention Systems: Custom designed to meet local detention requirements Maximize property usage Lower development cost Provide a safe, nuisance-free environment Offer easy access for inspection and maintenance Our Detention Products:Corrugated Metal Pipe Systems - Cost-effective stormwater detention Optimizer™ - Unique stormwater storage reduction technology Structural Plate Systems - High volume stormwater storage CON/STORM® - Innovative arch storage solution CON/SPAN™ Systems - Cost-effective, modular underground storage StormChamber ™ - High-capacity stormwater runoff chambers A-2000™ PVC Pipe - High quality PVC stormwater storage Why Retention? On sites where soils drain well and the water table is low enough, a stormwater infiltration, or recharge, system may be the most economical means for managing runoff. Unlike detention systems, which typically discharge runoff from a single outlet pipe, infiltration systems allow accumulated runoff water to percolate into the subsoil. Water quality is usually improved through the soil’s natural filtering ability. Infiltration systems can also minimize water table reductions. Underground Retention: Provides an efficient underground groundwater recharge system Often meets detention requirements on a site Provides a cost effective method for groundwater recharge, stream baseflow restoration and reduced peak surface water discharges Our Retention Products: Structural Plate Systems - High volume stormwater storage CON/STORM® - Innovative arch storage solution CON/SPAN™ Systems - Cost-effective, modular underground storage StormChamber™ - High-capacity stormwater runoff chambers Flow Control Solutions Our Flow Control Products CONTECH Stormwater Solutions offers several products that help to control flow on your site, including bypassing, flow regulation, and outlet control.
