ALEXANDRIA, VA - The deadline for entries in the 2006 IBWA Awards Program is fast approaching. The winner of each award will be announced during the General Session and Annual Business Meeting at the 2006 IBWA Convention and Trade Show to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada, at the Mandalay Bay Resort from October 3 - 6, 2006

Entries for the following awards are due Wednesday, July 5, 2006:

• IBWA Route Salesperson of the Year Award - for the dedicated employee who views route sales as a customer service career, not just a day-to-day job.
• IBWA Plant Manager of the Year Award - for superior job performance in achieving business goals and objectives, and ensuring bottled water quality.

Entries for the following awards are due Friday, July 7, 2006:

• Bottled Water Hall of Fame Award - a prestigious award, sponsored by Beverage World magazine, that honors individuals, living or deceased, who have made significant contributions to the bottled water industry and their communities.
• IBWA Aqua Awards - for outstanding contributions to the fields of marketing, advertising, and public relations among bottled water companies and suppliers.
