Monitoring Controls- Electrical Control Panels
Aquapoint control panels can integrate programmable logic controls (PLC) with human machine interface (HMI), allowing plant operation from a user friendly, touch pad computer screen. PLC controls record pump activations, pump elapsed running time and alarm conditions. Pump timer settings are easily adjustable and test cycles can be run to efficiently test pump performance and ensure proper plant operation.
PLC panels can also be designed with Aquapoint`s Aqua Alert remote wireless telemetry package. Aqua Alert enables monitoring and manipulation of critical system functions directly from an internet accessible computer. Pump cycles are fully adjustable and operators can monitor flow, pH, dissolved oxygen, water temperature, turbidity, pump amperages and alarm conditions.
All Aquapoint control panels are tested during the manufacturing process to minimize commissioning time and to ensure a quality end product to our customers.

Aqua Alert Telemetry- Wireless Remote Telemetry Package
Aqua Alert is Aquapoint`s wireless remote telemetry package. It provides operators/owners with the ability to monitor and maintain Aquapoint wastewater treatment systems in real time via the internet.
Wireless telemetry allows for the wireless transmission and reception of system data for the purpose of remotely monitoring a systems environmental conditions and equipment parameters. Data packets are transmitted digitally from the treatment system control panel to a receiver that posts the information on a server. Aqua Alert`s web based interface allows operators to view the transmitted data and manipulate mechanical functionality. Aqua Alert can be integrated with all of Aquapoint`s treatment products.
