Field Reports, Order Replacement Equipment, Troubleshooting Material and Resource Library for Enhanced Wastewater Treatment Efficiency and Healthy Biological Reactor

While Aquapoint`s wastewater treatment products are designed to minimize demands on operation and maintenance providers, they do require consistent reliable service. Proper operation and maintenance practices are often directly linked to a healthy biological reactor and ultimately enhanced treatment efficiency.

Because Aquapoint is determined to provide all of our customers with quality treatment solutions, we have supplied a variety of tools to assist operators in achieving consistent and reliable service.

Field Reports

We encourage operators to keep records detailing the performance of the systems they operate. These reports serve as a service checklist and will provide valuable information when consulting Aquapoint for operational guidance.

Order Replacement Equipment

Fill out this form for spare equipment and warranty requests and mail it of fax it to Aquapoint.

Troubleshooting Material

These tools will help operators identify possible reasons for operational problems.

Resource Library

Aquapoint has a unique perspective on decentralized wastewater treatment. Unlike many companies in the industry it considers decentralization as new architecture that will incorporate the onsite and central sewer approaches to wastewater management.

This new architecture is being defined by a broad spectrum of environmental, social and economic demands such as the reduction of nonpoint pollution, community preservation and integrated water resource and watershed management.

Many of the presentations and articles in the library reflect these policy perspectives.

They are useful for those who would understand the origins, the dynamics, the costs and the possibilities of decentralized wastewater management systems and watershed based distributed sewer.

Testimony to the Congress
“Testimony to the Congress” was delivered on Earthday 2004. Aquapoint`s CEO, Craig Lindell, was invited to speak on behalf of the Center for Small Business and the Environment. The testimony frames the elements for an adaptive, performance based infrastructure that is affordable and readily deployable. The testimony includes a story of one county`s choice to adopt a decentralized infrastructure.

Distributed Sewer: The Demand Side
“Distributed Sewer: The Demand Side” was written for a presentation To the International City and County Manager`s Association. It represents how a municipality can barter zoning variances in exchange for the remediation of failing septic systems. In Pembroke, Massachusetts three large shopping centers were clustered on one advanced treatment system with effluent requirements of less than 10 mg/l Total Nitrogen.

Dimensions in Infrastructure
“Dimensions in Infrastructure” was published in Water and Waste digest in August of 2005. It is a perspective on the emergence of a distributed infrastructure in response to water quality and supply and development pressures.

Decentralized Wastewater Management: Infrastructure to Match Your Community
“Decentralized Wastewater Management: Infrastructure to Match Your Community” was initially written for the July issue of “Public Policy, the professional of the international City and County Manager`s Association. It suggests ways in which both the indigenous nature and aspirations of communities can combine to form adaptive, innovative infrastructure solutions that are cost effective.
