NCH (UK) Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of NCH Corporation*) announced today that Waterwell Services, a UK equipment company based near Manchester, will merge with Chem-Aqua UK, its fast growing water treatment company. Lol Moore, the owner and managing director, will join the Chem-Aqua UK management team to lead their Engineering/Equipment group.
Lol Moore said "Waterwell Services has been successfully designing, building and servicing Reverse Osmosis, Filtration, Softener and similar units for over 10 years. Chem-Aqua and Waterwell Services have the same values of Integrity and Customer Service and the additional resources of NCH plus the recent successful integration of other Water Treatment Companies will provide increased opportunities for innovation and accelerated growth."
Brian Booth, General Manager Chem-Aqua UK added, "I have known and worked closely with Lol for over 10 years and I'm certain that the experience, technical knowledge, reputation and innovation that he will bring to Chem-Aqua will allow us to further broaden the service we currently offer our Customers."
David Fielding, Vice-President NCH Service Businesses, Europe said "Our Customers increasingly ask us to support them in all aspects of their Water Management: from purification, through process optimisation to waste water treatment. I am delighted that Waterwell Services, and Lol Moore specifically, is joining Chem-Aqua. This is another key step in being able to provide a full Water Treatment solution for our Customers".
Chas Gile, CEO of NCH Europe, said: "NCH Europe is on track for record revenue and growth in profits. Best-in-class equipment has become a key differentiator in water treatment solutions, and Waterwell Services is at the top of the league.
