Founded 75 years ago

The starting point for this successful company history was the inventive spirit of Bruno Lange. As early as 1933, recognising the practical significance of the selenium photocell he developed, the Berlin physical chemist founded the DR LANGE company. Today the company offers much more than high quality, innovative instruments. Customers throughout Europe use its all-round service for water analysis, from on-site assistance to intensive workshops and certified disposal of used cuvette tests.

Since the year 2000, DR LANGE GmbH in Berlin and HACH Inc. in the USA have been a joint company of the US DANAHER Group. The aim is to increase HACH LANGE’s success across the whole of Europe.
