Special Custom - Specialty Metals - AL-6XN

AL-6XN is a superaustenitic stainless steel with outstanding resistance to chloride pitting and crevice corrosion.
AL-6XN is resistant to acidic, and oxidizing chloride solutions.
AL-6XN has a greater tensile strength than common stainlesses.
The ASME allowable stresses for AL-6XN are up to 75% higher than for 316L stainless, and more than twice those for copper-nickel alloys.

Multi-purpose basket ASME ``U`` code housings.
Accepts 6-17 double length baskets.
Housings rated for 150psig (10.3bar) @ 250ºF (121.1ºC).
Vessels available in carbon or stainless steel 304 or 316.
Swingbolt closure allows for quick bag change out.
Housings may be modified to accommodate single length baskets.
Basket housings can be altered to meet most flow rates (contact F.T.C.)
Non- code housings available (design Equivalent to code standards).

BMB Low Flow Series - ASME Multi bag housing

Multi-purpose basket ASME ``U`` code housings.
Accepts 2-4 double length baskets.
Housings rated for 150psig (10.3bar) @ 250ºF (121.1ºC).
Vessels available in carbon or stainless steel 304 or 316.
Swingbolt closure allows for quick bag change out.
Housings may be modified to accommodate single length baskets.
Non-code housings available (design equivalent to code standards).

SL Duplex Series - Single round ASME duplex bag housings

Continuous operation duplex basket housings.
Accepts one, single or double length basket per single housing.
Housings rated for150psig (10.3bar) @ 250ºF(121.1ºC).
Vessels available in carbon or stainless steel 304 or 316.
Swingbolt closure allows for quick bag change out.
ASME ``U`` or ``UM`` code available.
Four separate valves are used, which are operated simultaneously by one single lever.
Standard butterfly design-(effective seal, low pressure drop, low cost).
Mechanical stops assure complete valve closure.
