Series 608 Differential Pressure Transmitter
Monitor Very Low Differential Pressures with Intrinsically Safe Transmitter
Dwyer Instruments, Inc., the preferred source for your complete range of practical and affordable instrumentation, is announcing the release of its NEW Series 608 Differential Pressure Transmitter.
The Series 608 is an FM approved, intrinsically-safe transmitter that provides an accurate solution when monitoring very low differential pressures in some of the toughest environments.
The ultra-thin silicone diaphragm can detect down to one micron of deflection, while withstanding up to 100 psig (6.89 bar) of static pressure. The Series 608 features a standard 2-wire, 4 to 20 mA output and rugged NEMA 4X stainless steel housing. Full scale accuracies of 0.25% and 0.5% are available on ranges as low as 0 to 0.1`` (0-2.5 mm) w.c. up to 0 to 25`` (0-634.4 mm) w.c including compound ranges. This robust transmitter design would be ideal in pharmaceutical, process plant, and other hazardous location applications.
Series MPC Jr. Pump Controller
Feature-Packed New Pump Controller With Pump Alternation
Control and monitor your pumps operation with the NEW Series MPC Junior Pump Controller (MPC Jr.) from the Mercoid division of Dwyer Instruments, Inc.
The Series MPC Jr. Pump Controller provides one or two pump control with built-in alternation; process input retransmission; high and low alarm contacts in a standard 1/4 DIN package. Units feature additional analog outputs that can be used with external pump run-time meters.
Many features are combined into the Series MPC Jr., eliminating many components in pump control systems – process indication in any units, pump run indication lights, and alarm indication lights are all part of the MPC Jr. The controller is designed for use with almost any style level transmitter such as Mercoid’s Series PBLT or SBLT Submersible Level Transmitters and includes an integral 24 VDC transmitter power supply. Front face is weatherproof for outdoor mounting in a panel located at the pump site.
Series RH Humidity or Humidity/Temperature Transmitter for Demanding Applications
Dwyer Instruments, Inc., the preferred source for your complete range of practical and affordable instrumentation, is announcing the release of its New Series RH Transmitter.
The new Series RH Humidity or Humidity/Temperature Transmitter provides a stable, repeatable, and accurate means of measuring humidity only or humidity and temperature in the harshest of environments. The polymer capacitance sensor is not affected by condensation, fog, high humidity, or contaminants. The state of the art sensor is designed for years of calibration-free service.
The Series RH is a two-wire transmitter with a 4-20 mA loop powered output. The humidity/temperature version provides dual 4-20 mA output signals with an accuracy of ±2% RH and ±0.9°F @ 72°F (±0.3°C @ 25°C).
Series BFV Butterfly Valves
Low Cost Manually Operated Butterfly Valves Eliminates Installation Headaches
In the industrial world, valve installation problems can stall operations for days. The NEW Series BFV Butterfly Valves by Dwyer Instruments are designed to keep production running smoothly from day one.
The cartridge seat design alleviates installation difficulties associated with the commonly used ``dove tail`` seat design, while providing years of maintenance-free service. The choice of EPDM or PTFE liners and the standard 316 SS stem offer wide chemical compatibility, while the hand lever operator allows for complete manual control. With a maximum temperature up to 300ºF (149ºC) and pressure up to 225 psi (15.5 bar), the Series BFV valves are consistently the better choice for on-off or throttling services. The Series BFV Butterfly Valves are ahead of their class in both price and value.
