Orival can custom-build a solution for your water filtration needs. Below is a list of a few of the other options available to our customers.
Flange-to-Flange Systems
Orival can provide complete flange-to-flange systems for any of our filters. The systems will be provided with necessary manifolds and valves, and will be factory assembled and tested prior to shipment to ensure proper fit and function. (Shipment as an assembly may be limited due to size and/or weight constraints).
Skid Mounted Systems
In addition to stand-alone filtration systems, Orival offers skid-mounted packages complete with pump, valves, tank (if necessary), piping and wiring. Packages are constructed to your specific requirements including filter type and size, pump size, etc. The entire system will be factory piped and wired – simply connect inlet, outlet and drain piping, connect the input power and you’re ready to go!
Manifolds
Orival offers a complete line of manifolds, custom designed to meet specific job requirements. Manifolds are available with flanged, welded or victaulic ends in a wide range of sizes. Unless otherwise required, manifolds are coated with the same high-quality material used on our filter housings.
Complete Multi-Stage Systems
In addition to flange-to-flange systems for single stage filtration, Orival can also provide complete multi-stage systems. The systems are factory assembled and tested prior to shipment (shipment as an assembly may be limited due to size and/or weight constraints). Stages can incorporate any of several methods of filtration, such as screen filters, media filters, hydrocyclones, polishing filters, etc. In addition, all components are integrated into a common controller, ensuring a seamless operation and preventing the stages from rinsing concurrently, minimizing the impact on your process.
Soliquators
Looking for clarifier type performance without the clarifier price tag or space requirements? The Soliquator performs coagulation, flocculation, separation and clarification in a single, space-saving unit. The unit is available for flow rates up to 924 gpm, handling solids loading up to 5% or more. The system automatically compensates for changes in influent quality and is easily expandable. Media Filters
Orival offers a complete line of media filters, in a variety of sizes and styles. In addition, the units can be equipped with a variety of media types and sizes to suit virtually any application. Filters are provided complete with all controls and valves, to ensure a fully automatic cleaning system.
Hydrocyclones / Centrifugal Separators
Our line of hydrocyclones is unmatched in the industry today. The units are available in a variety of sizes to handle a wide range of flow rates, with removal efficiencies approaching 100%. Units can be equipped with a purge system to reject the removed solids on an automatic basis.
ASME or Other Special Code Construction
Filters can be constructed to ASME code, and provided with or without “U” stamp and National Board certification. In addition, our highly capable manufacturing group can construct filters to meet whatever local codes your project may dictate.
Special Materials & Coatings
Stainless steel, titanium, or other materials are no problem for Orival. Whatever special materials you require, we can build it! In addition, we offer special coatings for seawater or other solutions which normally require expensive special materials.
