The highest quality CIPP liner - since the introduction into the market in the early 90s, Nordiwall™ sustained its reputation of being the top-end quality liner. Due to its combination of a thick coating and a perfect seam construction the liner is very safe and reliable.
Nordiwall™ can be impregnated with various resins, and installed with a reversion drum or by water tower. The flexibility together with a high quality makes Nordiwall™ a very safe and easy to install solution for the renewal of gravity pipes.
Inversion Methods
Nordiwall™ can be inverted with either compressed air or water, although the preferred method is compressed air by using the installation drum. After the Liner is wound inside the drum, there is no faster way than going to the site, opening the manhole and starting immediately the inversion process.

- No additional machinery like winches for pulling method etc.
Production:
Cutting of the needle felt while the available inversion drum sizes are limited, there are restrictions in thickness and installation length. For larger liner dimensions in length, the water column becomes an attractive installation method.
Quality Assurance
More than 15 years of track record have proven the long-term reliability of Nordiwall™.
Continuous independent testing of Nordiwall™ according to various norms (e.g. DIN EN 1228, DIN EN ISO 178, DIN EN ISO 527-4 and DIN 1610) assures the consistency and high quality of our product.
Independent long-term crown tests according to DIN EN 761 have been carried out to assure the quality of the Nordiwall™ for a period of 50 years. Test results can be obtained at one of our sales offices.

Nordiwall™ consists of a single or double layer of Polyester needle felt coated with LLDPE, and a sewn seam with an extruded closure.
The Liner can be impregnated with a resin system according to customer`s needs.

Internal quality control: Tensile testing of the sewn seam
Nordiwall™ is available as a dry product in total length up to 310m or as a pre-impregnated tailor-made product. Impregnating the Liner on site with a short pot-life. Epoxy resin is a very common application for Nordiwall™. Though, with Norditube`s high performance Epoxy resin, with 72 hours pot-life at 23°C, a factory impregnation becomes feasible.
