Norditube accomplished the target to develop the world wide unique system. Nordicure™, the first polyester needle felt CIPP liner cured with the standard UV curing method. A combination of the most efficient curing method UV with the financially most attractive liner material polyester needle felt impregnated with ISO NPG. Low cost, no water consumption, less disruption during implementation is the key benefits.

The method
The Liner gets inverted into the pipe to be lined with the standard pressure drum. After completion of the inversion process the method does not distinguish at all from the standard method applied for the installation of the known glass liner systems. The light chain is introduced in the Liner and the ends closed with the couplings.
The Liner can be stored for at least 3 month, another benefit to make the life of our customer more comfortable.
The equipment
The existing UV Curing equipment can be utelised for NordicureTM, making the Liner very attractive for the existing glass liner customer. The only additional set of equipment needed is the installation drum. As no other curing medium is needed, the investment is limited, giving the customer the competitive edge by using low cost material needle felt.
