LOOS INTERNATIONAL is the most reputable manufacturers of heating boilers, hot water boilers and steam boilers and has delivered above 100,000 boilers to about 140 countries throughout the world since the year 1865. We are manufacturing approximately 1,500 boiler systems per year for every industrial and commercial application.
The production range from LOOS INTERNATIONAL, is shell boilers and quick-steam generators from 80 kg/h up to 55000 kg/h. Furthermore LOOS INTERNATIONAL produces hot water boilers for capacities of up to 38 MW, heating boilers up to 19,2 MW. The different boiler series are manufactured in all pressure ranges and for all fuels and can be fitted if required with heat recovery systems to improve efficiency for all technical heating processes.
Boiler house components based on modular technology for easy planning, quick assembly and fully automated, safe operation of steam plants complete the range. Individual plant parts and components are correctly dimensioned, matched to each other and assembled into a ready-to-connect module.

Hot Water Boilers
Generating hot water with three-pass technology at high temperatures, economically and with low emission. High-temperature space/water heating and process heat.

Steam Boilers
The quickest way to generate steam is with a special heating coil, low water content and three-pass technology.
The new fully automatic equipment ABA-DF takes over the manual star-up and shut down procedure and activates additional protective functions for operation, operation readiness and standstill periods.
Thermo-dynamically optimized performance and dimensions especially for low and medium steam demand and designed for manufacture to the highest quality standards.
In the medium performance range the tried and tested three-pass principle dominates.

1. Spare Parts Servicing
At our headquarters, several thousand parts are available immediately. Daily express dispatch if required.
Outside business hours and also on Sundays and public holidays you can order stocked spares in an emergency via our hotline number.
2. Plant Analysis
We carry out on request complete stocktaking of existing plants so that you can decide
- Whether a repair is still cost-effective
- Further use as a hire- or second-hand boiler is an option
- Conversions are possible or appropriate
- Adaptation to new regulations and standards is possible or necessary
- Efficiency can be improved
3. Retrofitting
If required, we carry out complete conversions of existing plants or submit specified proposals for:

4. Boiler Inspection
For older boilers we provide the necessary documentation for the routine inspection, of course in conformity with the national recommendations. The pressure test is carried out in the presence of the appropriate expert. All work on the boiler plant for the official test by experts is carried out by our technical personnel. All components are prepared in accordance with the requirements for the inspection by the expert.
5. Fault Tracing
Our customer service engineers are at your disposal around the clock on every day of the year. The close customer service depot network ensures a quick reaction time.
6. Repairs
If the case arises, we put qualified and approved boiler welders at your disposal for the repair of your boiler as well as for the preparation and execution of boiler inspections. Damage is in this case repaired expertly. To prevent future damage, assistance is provided in the location of the cause.
7. Maintenance Services
Within the scope of a service contract, our customer service engineers carry out the regular checking and servicing of your boiler-, firing-, control- and water processing plant right up to the complete boiler room. Only occurring material costs and repairs which go beyond the normal service contact are charged in addition according to the cost.
8. Teleservice
With the LOOS Teleservice, there's often no need for expensive, time-consuming service visits. Customers with a modem connection can access the LOOS BOILER CONTROL LBC and LOOS SYSTEM CONTROL LSC automation devices, optimise control parameters, obtain remote diagnoses and have the sources of faults repaired.
Three options available for the LOOS Teleservice
- As a single service when needed, billing based on actual time
- As a Teleservice Contract with a minimum term of two years and a flat-rate annual charge
- In combination with a Maintenance Service Contract at a reduced additional cost
