For the laundry, hot water supply and humidification in the "Burj Dubai Lake Hotel", LOOS INTERNATIONAL was able to supply two UL-S steam boilers through its alliance partner Wellman Robey in the UK. Speed-controlled burners with oxygen monitoring minimise the consumption of energy and fuel and protect the environment. These are connected via the latest bus technology with LOOS's modern LBC boiler control. Teleservice can be used to access the system's data and control settings and to analyse and rectify any discrepancies. The Wellman contractor "Technical Parts Company LLC" was able to use its many years of experience most profitably in the planning of the boiler system and monitoring of its installation.

Demand for modern LOOS systems grew steadily as energy consciousness and environmental awareness grew. In 1995, "Nils & Abbas Trading Co. LLC" in Dubai was appointed as the authorised dealer responsible for the exclusive sale and servicing of systems in the Emirates, Qatar and Bahrain.
