Stainless Steel Tanks
The tank is a prefab modular system of 304 stainless steel sheets, bolted together with stainless steel bolts, nuts and washers. Polyurethane silicone putty is used for joint sealing. Top angle and wind stiffeners are all stainless steel. The sheets are manufactured on CNC machines assuring a top quality finish. The flange cutting or adaptation for other ancillaries can be done in our workshops. All material is certified and tank design is to European standard. All dimensions are internal.
Galvanised Tanks
The tank is a prefab modular system of galvanized sheets, bolted together with warm galvanized bolts, nuts and washers. The standard sheet quality is 600 gr/m². Polyurethane silicone putty is used for joint sealing and edge protection. Top angle and wind stiffeners are all galvanized steel U profiles. The as-built drawings are supplied. The sheets are manufactured on CNC machines assuring a top quality finish. The flange cutting or adaptation for other ancillaries can be done in our workshops. All material is certified and tank design is to European standards. All dimensions are internal.
Coated Tanks
The sheets are protected and covered by an epoxy coating in a RAL colour.

Metallic Roof
The roof is mounted on top of the tank. Galvanized Z perlins are fixed on top of the tank at calculated distances. The cladding, fixed to the Z perlins, has a polyester coating. A support post can be put in the middle, depending on the diameter of the tank. The edges of the roof are protected and covered by a 2mm galvanized profile. The roof can take a manhole, platform or other ancillaries. The roof is designed to support wind and snow load.
PVC Roof
A stainless steel vented support post is put in the middle of the tank. The cover is made of solid PVC, double coated and UV stabilized. The PVC roof is stretched from the top of the post to the sides of the tank by reinforced polyester straps and tighteners. The slope is 30%. A protection is fixed to the tank edge to protect the PVC fabric. The roof has one manhole. Standard colours: grey, green and blue.
