Axial Fans

Fläkt Woods offers a wide range of axial flow fans for general air movement and special applications such as emergency high temperature smoke extract and pressurisation. ATEX fans for explosive atmospheres and multistage options for increased pressure development.

All fans are tested to the latest internationally recognised standard IS05801 Part 1, installation category D for aerodynamic performance and BS848 Part 2 (1985) for acoustic performance.

Axicent and Large JM

As an addition to their standard JM Aerofoil fans, Fläkt Woods have developed a range of Large JM Aerofoil fans to provide higher pressures and volumes. The fans can be supplied with or without guide vanes; contra-rotating and as truly reversible fans that provide the same flow in both the forward and reverse directions.

Axijet - Jetfoils

The Fläkt Woods Jetfoil is available either as a high efficiency unidirectional, or as a truly reversible Jetfoil, which will give approximately equal airflow and thrust in each direction.

Compac Climafan

The Compac-Climafan from Fläkt Woods combines premium aerodynamic and acoustic performance with innovative design to offer a compact fan unit ideally suited for OEM heat transfer and HVAC applications.

JM AXIAD - FACD

FACA is a series of direct-driven axial-flow fans with airfoiled blades which are all individually and continuously adjustable with the impeller at rest. Produced in 14 sizes, the fans are designed for both air conditioning and industrial installations.
FACA is suitable for less complex installations, high performance and demanding environments. To give higher pressure without increasing fan power requirement, FACA can be delivered with guide vanes welded to the casing.

PFT Fan

Fläkt Wood's PFT axial fan combines compact size for minimum space requirements with high pressure, and high efficiency, throughout its entire operating range. The PFT axial is high-pressure fan offering exceptional operating economy, a number of installation advantages, accurate and trouble free control, plus low maintenance costs.

Centrifugal Fans

Fläkt Woods’ centrifugal fan range consists of fans for general air movement applications and emergency smoke extraction and ATEX explosive atmospheres.

Our Centrifugal fans have various impeller options, plus direct and belt drive versions. The product is of fully welded construction and is suitable for clean and dusty air applications, up to 350 °C continuous as a standard feature.

CENTRIMASTER GT

CENTRIMASTER GT -fans is available as single or double inlet fans. The fans come with direct or belt drive. The fan series includes two impeller types, with forward curved blades and with backward curved blades. GT fans are available in standard; smoke extraction (400ºC/2h) and spark-proof versions.

Roofmaster

ROOFMASTER range covers airflow up to 5 m3/s and pressure rise up to 650 Pa. The ROOFMASTER series is characterized by low sound level as well as easy installation and service.

ROOFMASTER series consist of sound attenuated version STEF and basic version STOF. The STEF range is available in standard; smoke extraction (400ºC/2h) and spark-proof version. The STOF is available in standard version.

Compressors

A combination of high-speed motor drive and high performance composite impeller technology elevates compressor technology to a new level. Usage of carbon fibre composite material enables construction of impellers of high strength and low weight. This construction allows high rotational speeds, which results in high-pressure increase. EU Modular Air Handling Unit

The EU modular air-handling unit gives you full flexibility with its wide range of functions and options to find the ideal solution. EU is hygienic and easy to service and clean.

EU Express Air Handling Unit

Using our newly developed selection program, a basic range of the most commonly used air handling functions can be easily combined to suit most HVAC applications. Selecting Express units is as easy as 1-2-3. Our state-of-the-art selection program, Acon, is an AHU configuration with a direct contact with our production.

Auto-cad drawings, fan charts and Life cycle energy calculations are additional services available to you from Acon.

Marine EUMM

The EUMM is a modern, high-specification air-handling unit with all of the functional sections needed to meet virtually any air-handling requirement.

The sturdy frame members and solid aluminum corner pieces form a very stable framework, which is well suited to the full range of sizes. All of the functional components are made by us and conform to current standards and relevant guidelines.

Compact units contain both the supply and exhaust air-handling systems. The unit takes less floor space and is easier to install.

EC 2000

The EC compact unit saves space and time. Supply and exhaust air functionality is contained within the same casing which is built on the same design platform as the modular unit. The EC unit is designed to deliver complete with an integrated control system.

Sting

Marine EMMA

The EMAA is an air conditioning unit for marine applications from Fläkt Woods. It is developed from many years experience in the marine business, especially from the Caribbean cruising market. Fläkt Woods has been producing marine air conditioning units since 1937 and complies with all current world standards of today.

The unit and its components are made Standard ISO 9001 and the Environmental Standard ISO 14001. As the most important component of an air conditioning system, the air conditioning unit has a strong impact on the indoor climate and quality. That is why the EMAA is designed with hygienic requirements in mind.

SMALL AIR HANDLING UNITS

The small air-handling units consist of RoomMaster ABR and VEKA.

RoomMaster ABR

ABR is an air-handling unit that is sited within the occupied space and provides the advantages of displacement ventilation and heat recovery in a single package.
Low air velocities in combination with quiet operation allow installation almost anywhere.

ABR is ‘plug & play’ with a minimum of installation work - just two holes in the wall!
ABR is ideal for classrooms, conference rooms and waiting rooms.

Residential Ventilation Units

BALANCED VENTILATION

The most complete ventilation system is the balanced ventilation system with heat recovery. In a supply and exhaust air system with heat recovery the outdoor air vents are positioned in living rooms and bedrooms and the exhaust air vents in the bathroom, toilet and utility room. This system makes use of the heat in the used ventilation air, air that would otherwise be released straight out into the cold.

The heated indoor air passes through a heat recovery unit before being expelled and is used to heat the incoming outdoor air. This saves energy while providing a better climate indoors.

Ventilation unit RDKR

The RDKR ventilation unit is a component in the Minimaster/Minivent systems. These systems are primarily intended for homes and small commercial premises. The unit is supplied with control equipment for use with the Minivent system. It can also be located in kitchens in combination with the Minimaster system CPDJ cooker hood.

Features:

- Extremely efficient rotary heat exchanger. It has a temperature efficiency of 80-83%
- Easy to install
- Service friendly
- Can be fitted with effective filters
- Can be fitted with electric batteries as an afterheater
- Supply and exhaust airflows 20 - 80 l/s
- Can serve living areas of between 0 and 155 m2
- No need for drainage

Ventilation unit RDKG

For one storey and two storey houses with a living space of 0-155m2.
The RDKG ventilation unit is a component in the Minimaster/Minivent systems. These systems are primarily intended for homes and small commercial premises. The unit is supplied with control equipment for use with the Minivent system. It can also be located in kitchens in combination with the Minimaster system cooker hoods CPCC or CPDC.

- High temperature efficiency
- Easy to install
- Service friendly
- Can be fitted with effective filters
- Equipped with an electric or water battery as an afterheater
- Supply and exhaust air flows 20- 80 l/s
- Can serve living areas of between 0 and 155 m2

Ventilation unit RDAA

RDAA for one storey and two storey houses with a living space of 156-280 m2.
Ventilation units RDAA are equipped with heat recovery. RDAA is primarily intended for the energy efficient supply and exhaust air ventilation of houses, childcare centres and kiosks. The RDAA is the main component in the Rexovent system.

- Normally recovers 60-70% of the energy used to heat the ventilation air
- Provides controlled supply and exhaust air ventilation
- Easy to install – small and lightweight
- Easy to service – easy to clean
- With a test socket for air flow measurement
- Has individually adjustable supply and exhaust air fans

Ventilation unit RDAC

RDAC for one storey and two storey houses with a living space of 281-381 m2.
Ventilation unit RDAC are equipped with heat recovery. RDAC is primarily intended for the energy efficient supply and exhaust air ventilation of houses, childcare centres and kiosks. The RDAC is a ventilation unit with heat recovery that provides a high air flow.

- Normally recovers 60-70% of the energy used to heat the ventilation air
- Provides controlled supply and exhaust air ventilation
- Easy to install – small and lightweight
- Easy to service – easy to clean
- With a test socket for air flow measurement

MECHANICAL EXHAUST AIR VENTILATION

Outdoor air is often taken in though slot ventilators in the window frames in a mechanical exhaust air ventilation system. Air is sucked out of the home using fans. The warm used air is sucked out through exhaust air vents in wet rooms and through the kitchen extractor. These exhaust air vents are connected by a ducting system from which the air is expelled through a roof cowl using an exhaust air fan.

Exhaust air fan JBDD

For one storey and two storey houses with a living space of 0-170 m2. The exhaust air fan JBDD is primarily intended for central extraction in houses and apartments. It can be installed in combination with the cooker hood, and connected, through ducts, to other spaces that need extraction.

- The fan is quiet and has forward curved blades
- Stable air flow
- Integrated speed control
- The fan shroud and motor can be easily dismantled without tools

Exhaust air fan JBFG

For one storey and two storey houses with a living space of 171 - 250 m2.
Roof fan JBFG is primarily intended for use for central extraction in small ventilation systems, in small houses for example.

- Suitable when replacing old fans as well as for new installations
- Low sound level
- With speed control
- Easy to clean as the fan can be removed
- Easy to install because of its customizable mounting

COOKER HOODS

Our cooker hoods have a modern, traditional design. It is primarily intended for energy efficient kitchen ventilation but is also suitable for point extraction of industrial workplaces, workshops, laboratories and school kitchens. The hood is available in a number of variants
