
The International Bottled Water Association (IBWA) recently announced the addition of two staff members, Michele Campbell and Daniel Felton. Ms. Campbell is now the director of conventions, trade shows, and meetings, and is responsible for the coordination and planning of quarterly board and committee meetings and the annual IBWA Convention and Trade Show. Mr. Felton is the new director of government relations, and is tracking and providing input on federal and state legislation and regulations, that impact issues concerning bottled water.
Campbell has over 20 years of experience in the field of meeting and convention planning. Prior to joining IBWA, Campbell was the director of conventions and educational programs at the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries, Inc., where she coordinated the annual convention that included 3,400 attendees and over 150,000 sq. ft. of exhibition space.
Prior to joining IBWA, Felton was legislative manager and analyst for the National Card Coalition (NCC) in Washington, D.C. His role for the NCC included identifying, tracking and responding to state legislative, executive and regulatory activities. Before that, Felton served as legislative associate and analyst for KM Strategies, Inc., an issue management and government affairs firm in Alexandria, VA. IBWA
