OPSIM™ is a general-purpose operational simulation model for water resources systems. The program has been designed to be a flexible analysis tool and may be used for a variety of applications. The software includes extensive data management tools for risk management assessments, for both design and forecasting applications. It has been specifically tailored for mining/industrial applications, but can also be used for other applications including: water supply reservoir yield; assessment of multiple water supply reservoir operating rules and strategies; and water resources planning. |
