Following Amiantit announced on June 24, 2007 that one of its subsidiaries (Tawzea, Amiantit owns 50% of its shares through Amiwater), won the BOT water management services contracts in the industrial estates in Riyadh, Jeddah and Qassim. In line with this announcement, Dr. Solaiman Abdulaziz Al- Twaijri, Amiantit’s CEO announced that Amiantit has increase the capital of Amiwater, which Amiantit owns 100% of its shares, from SAR 55 Million to SAR 100 million. The increase in Amiwater capital has been achieved through injection of SAR 45 million in Amiwater, where the official procedures were completed on Tuesday, May 6, 2008. Commenting on increasing Amiwater capital, Dr. Al Twaijri said, “Increasing Amiwater capital will

empower us to support and improve the financial position of its water management projects affiliates, and thus to finance its projects. In addition, Amiwater and its subsidiaries will be able to apply and qualify to water management projects that will be launched in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”
