"We are looking for a self cleaning device that will remove solids from the effluent of palm oil mills in SE Asia. The solids are made up of silica/sand and palm oil fruit husks. The effluent comes from a centrifuge with flow rates of about 100 USGPM. Solid concentrations are about 6% and range in size from 5 - 300 microns. We may also be looking for a sludge dewatering system."
