he first is the Primary Sewage Tank into which all waste water, including sewage from the toilet, is gravity fed. This is where the waste undergoes settlement and digestion during a retention period of approximately 24 hours. The second is the Treatment Tank into which flows settled waste effluent water from the Primary Sewage Tank. This SEPTREAT Treatment Tank is divided into 3 distinct chambers - aeration, settling and irrigation. |
