Integra Enclosures manufactures and markets engineered thermoplastic enclosures designed for use in the electrical construction, water treatment, car wash, telecommunication, instrumentation, utility, machine building, HVAC, or any other application requiring enclosures which are non-corrosive, non-conductive, easy to install and modify, and competitively priced.
Integra enclosures all share the unique Integra Back Panel Adjustment System which allows infinite range of motion of a panel within the enclosure. This feature, along with several other design improvements over existing products, makes Integra an exciting alternative to the traditional suppliers now in the market.
Offering the best designs coupled with superior customer service, Integra is uniquely positioned to serve your enclosure needs. Please give us a call or send an email, and let's talk about how Integra can help you.
Products
Integra enclosures are offered in three basic product lines. They are the Premium Line, Telecom Line, and JIC Line. We also have added a Junction Box Line. All enclosures are injection-molded engineered thermoplastics, designed to provide the best combinations of strength, durability, design features and aesthetics.
Premium Line
The Premium Line is UL/C-UL-50 Listed and meets types 2, 3, 3R, 3S, 4, 4X, 5, 6/6P, 12 and Marine Use. It has very high impact resistance, over 900 in/lbs. It is light gray in color with a gloss finish, and provides a very high aesthetic. The thermoplastic polycarbonate material is very easy to machine or punch. Universal-PC Line
The Universal-PC Line of enclosures is fabricated in state of the art GE Lexan EXL polycarbonate sheet ("PC"). Polycarbonate is the superior material for enclosure construction based on its physical characteristics such as extremely high impact machinability. Finally, there is a legitimate alternative to stainless steel in medium to large range enclosures.
Telecom Line
The Telecom Line is not UL listed, however it has all of the design features and dimensional characteristics common to the Premium and JIC Lines. These enclosures have good impact resistance, and are very easy to machine and punch. Available at a slightly lower price point, the Telecom Line offers a high quality, water-proof enclosure with a dramatic gloss black look. Features and Benefits
Warp-Resistant Covers
All Integra covers are molded with a slight doming in the covers. This works to ensure that the cover remains flat at the sealing surface, eliminating a chronic problem found in other non-metallic enclosures.
Clear Covers
Each of the Integra product lines offers enclosures with crystal clear covers. Clear covers provide an alternative to traditional window kits that is mechanically superior as well as provides more design flexibility and product differentiation opportunity.
EZ Hinge
Integra hinged covers are 100% non-metallic, strong and durable, and easy to remove and replace. And, all hinged covers provide a full 225 º door swing, providing full access to the inside of the enclosure.
Unique Panel Suspension Capability
Integra has developed and patented (Patent No. 6,604,798) a unique panel suspension feature. This system allows the placement of subpanels at any height within the enclosure, as well as the stacking of panels. It also works well to support the installation of dead front panels. This system is easy to install and very sturdy.
Molded-In Mounting Bosses
All Integra enclosures feature multiple molded-in mounting bosses designed to accept #10 self tapping screws for the installation of DIN rails right to the enclosure. No more need for sub panels at all if all your components are DIN rail compatible.
NEMA Ratings and Underwriters Laboratory Listings
All Integra Enclosures are NEMA 4X. Our Premium and JIC Lines are UL/C-UL-50 Listed for types 1, 2, 3, 3R, 3S, 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and Marine Use. Integra is listed as Cabinet and Cutout Boxes (E207562) and Junction and Pull Boxes (E229365).
Stainless Steel Latching
Enclosures within the ``HL Series``of each line feature stainless steel locking latches that are bolted in place at the factory. This provides a level of security that can not be met with pop rivets or slide-on latches.
